Two persons in our company are responsible for communications with customers: sales manager and customer service manager. The sales manager defends the interests of the client and the customer service manager performs technical operations.

To ensure you a good result, before handing the layout to the production we always evaluate its suitability, advise you as how to make better corrections to it, and introduce you with new trends.

We use the online system, where our customers can see the history of work orders, work layouts, runs, track the progress of work.

The client can faster and easier place repeat orders using our online system. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to select the desired product according to the ordered product name alone. To simplify the process of work, the on-line system allows you to find the layout of each label or packaging you have ordered, previously ordered quantities and order dates. During the manufacture of the ordered product, you can monitor the production stage, at which the product is.

For customers who are placing many orders, we give spreadsheets, which can be used for estimating the reference prices.
