Before production

We have a team of experienced designers and technical editors that use Scop – specialized labelling and packaging layout preparation software. This program helps to optimize the layout for printing presses and to exploit their advantages. It ensures the quality of the press, because it allows mixing the CMYK and Pantone colour palettes, and its functionality is designed for the production of labels: high-quality colour verification, the layout is visible in layers according to objects, colour channels, specific colours and work with vector and bitmap graphics. Files can be imported into it from a variety of vector and raster formats. Using this program, technical editor can quickly and efficiently prepare layouts for the production of forms and printing, or of correct and adjust them quickly.

We approve each layout

To ensure the reliability of the information contained in the product and avoiding mistakes, we ask the customer to confirm every product layout. All our product layouts are recorded in the company‘s database and customers may be given access to it, as well. There, one may review the layouts designed for a specific customer and to place repeated orders. This accelerates the approval process and reduces errors.

We produce high-quality printing forms

High quality labels and packaging can only be printed by using high-quality printing forms. Therefore, we use new generation digital photopolymer plates, and a laser engraving machine, which is extremely accurate in transferring ready layouts.
