Full traceability of processes and procedures
The application of the installed quality and environment protection system ensures that all processes, if needed, can be fully traced. In addition, we ensure the raw material and product traceability. All production processes are clearly defined, described, reviewed regularly, and based on our experience. We ensure that all ready-made production will be handled according to product specifications and preserve the safety and quality. At any time we are able to determine the reasons of the deterioration of quality and safety, and persons responsible. Records are made by using a unique number.
We also strictly supervise the work of our subcontractors. We check whether their work is consistent with the requirements, and record who and when carry out the procedures.

We control the quality of raw materials
We work only with reliable audited suppliers. First, new materials are tested in various tests that confirm their safety. We regularly check the compliance of incoming raw materials with the laws, we have written information about the use of raw materials, and their handling. Each raw material for the manufacture of products that come in contact with food has a certificate of compliance, specifications, information on the microbiological tests carried out (if such were needed). We keep raw materials only in warehouses, in places dedicated for specific raw materials, clearly separated to avoid cross-contamination.

We strictly control non-compliances to suppliers
If the original packaging of raw materials, products, packaging materials was damaged, we evaluate the quality of raw materials or packaging and separate them during unloading. We draft a claim and return them back to the supplier, or destroy. We accept form storage only the materials, which are clearly marked.

We ensure that hygiene rules are respected
All employees handling materials and products are aware of hygiene, good manufacturing practice requirements, and strictly comply with them in their work. When workers become sick, they are not allowed to stay in the areas of storage and processing of raw materials, product manufacture, packaging.
All cleaning products are used in strict accordance with their purpose and the manufacturer's instructions, and stored securely separated, to prevent the contamination of products and raw materials. Effective cleaning procedures are carried out according to the schedule in all premises and then registered in a special journal. We adhere to all safety requirements.

We have replacement equipment, and a printing house
We can carry out all operations with a few units of equipment, so a single unit failure does not stop the entire production, and we use other devices for the same process. If a major accident would happen in the printing house of Kaunas, we have a replacement printing house in Vilnius, where we can quickly shift the production.

We foresee risks and apply preventive measures
Much attention is given to the prevention of non-conformities, defects, accidents and incidents. We have special procedures in place to be followed in such cases. They include instructions, allocation of responsibilities, response actions and preventive actions procedures. We have Emergency Response Plan and carry out preventive actions that prevent emergencies.
We implement preventative measures to avoid insects, rodents and pests from entering the production and storage facilities. We periodically conduct an audit of all preventive actions.

We regularly train employees how to avoid risky situations
All new employees are introduced with all preventive procedures. The permanent staff is trained regularly. We ensure that all employees follow the established rules.
