We ensure the withdrawal of nonconforming product from the market
If it appears that the products may not meet the quality and safety requirements, we determine the non-compliance and its causes as soon as possible. We review whether there were violations of good manufacturing practice requirements and whether facilities are properly maintained; we identify the persons who worked in these cases. We promptly notify the customer and take all steps to remove from the market all the products that were produced using the same materials under the same technological process that, under the same conditions. We make records, and perform actions that prevent re-contamination.
We review all customer claims
We ensure the full traceability of processes, material, personnel, and therefore, when we receive a complaint from a customer we first identify what happened and why, who is to blame. We introduce the customer with the results of investigation.
