• In 2014 Aurika donated more than 146,000 litas for science, arts, education, sports, children’s homes, Caritas and other good incentives.
• The company cooperates with the Department of Graphic Communications, Faculty of Design of Kaunas University of Technology and the Multimedia Technology Department of Kaunas University. Each year, about 10 students have their final practice in our company. After the internship, students become the best company’s employees.
• Driven by the objective of ensuring useful practice, the company participated in the project “Improvement of press and publishing practice of students.” After the evaluation, the company was awarded the certificate confirming its readiness to ensure the quality and valuable performance of student training.
• We participate in the ”Lithuanian printing cluster development initiative” project.
• We regularly host sightseeing excursions for students and pupils, participate in the youth entrepreneurship project ”The Young colleague,” as well as the KTU project ”Mission: Karjera.“
• We take part in the final paper defence commissions of the Department of Graphic Communications, Faculty of Design of Kaunas University of Technology where the company specialists evaluate students’ work. We have established annual scholarships to best students of the Department of Graphic Communications, Faculty of Design of Kaunas University of Technology.

• In 2014 company has spent over 175,436 litas for the staff training, in-service training, participation in conferences and seminars.
