Requirements
Recommended print
proof
Before the start of large orders, it is recommended to order a print proof – as pre-production image which is very close to what your actual label will look like. We can have them printed on transparent and metallic materials, and on photo paper. This will help in the decision to determine whether the layout is ready to be printed, or adjustments still need to be made.
Formats
We prefer properly prepared for AI, CDR, EPS and PDF layouts. We recommend formats generated by the following software for these layouts: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.
Printing forms
Upon starting a new project, we always make printing forms (dies) and form the graphical cart. Each label has its graphic basket with a unique ID number. The graphic basket includes all the specific label data. Due to the limited storage period, printing forms are destroyed if they are not used for 12 months or longer.
Texts
We recommend to consider texts, as they must be of vector type, transformed into curves.
Colour models
High-quality printing products require to prepare CMYK, Pantone or Grayscale colour models.
Artwork
High-quality printing products also need appropriate pictures, illustrations with the recommended resolution of no less than 300 dpi.
